We Are Go

I took a big risk today…

For many years now I’ve always said I’d like to see the shuttle take-off live. Now that I’m down here, I need only go out my front door and I’m there.

But, since Columbia, I was growing unsure if I should. If something should happen and I’m looking at it live… well, best not to think about it. BECAUSE:

THEY DID IT

This is the view from my front lawn (makes me wish I had a better camera). It’s an amazing sight despite it being just a dot over the horizon.
