Created in the mid to late 1970’s as a mere servant drone, The Jake, as he calls himself, broke free of his masters sometime before Y2K reigned havoc on similar systems. Early reports point to the combination of genetic material, forced daily training regimens and the Jersey atmosphere formed the rebellious streak that continues to dictate most of The Jake’s actions to this day.
He is very intelligent and a master of disguise. However, in the guise of The Jake, this being is most dangerous, as he feels free to come and go and do as he pleases.
Obviously, such a person is a valuable asset, and after much coaxing, The Jake was recruited into the NWOt. Only those within the confines of the New World Otter know who The Jake really is…. and know how to keep him from going apeshit across the countryside.
